HK Patil attacks BJP by requesting the EC to take action against them

BENGALURU: HK Patil, the Rural Development Minister of Karnataka asks the Election Commission
to take an action against Bharatiya Janata Party Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath,
who supported Narendra Modi in using military uniforms referring the army as “Modisena” on
March 31 st addressing a rally in Ghaziabad.
HK Patil said, “Modi used military uniform as a symbol and Nationalism as a tool for election
campaigning. There are codes and circulars according to EC that, no politician can use military
uniform for personal purposes. I want the Election Commission to disqualify Modi from the Lok
Sabha Elections.”
Further he urged the EC for the suspension of Policy Commission Vice President Mr. Rajeev Kumar
for passing out comments against Congress manifesto which is nun-acceptable according to him as
meeting for election commission is only for advises and suggestions.
