Resident doctors at Victoria hospital continue to their strike for the fourth day in a unique way by organizing a blood donation camp.
Bengaluru: Doctors said they are not are not satisfied with the oral assurance given by the health ministry. “Yesterday they have told, they will credit the allowances in another 15 days, which they told last month also, but there is no written assurance, we didn’t get any credit till now. We are on indefinite Strike till our stipends have not been credited,” doctor said. However, as doctors boycotted the OPD patients are still suffering. Lawyers said that, “The doctors should immediately be given the payments as they have been risking their lives to save people and also due to the strike.”
